Topsail is first and foremost a marine event management company whose roots and ethos evolved with the aim of preserving historic vessels and our maritime heritage.
That all started 22 years ago, now we work with vessels of all types from modern beautifully-equipped river boats to amazing historic square riggers and sailing barges all with excellent facilities down below and spacious decks for entertaining. Whatever the vessel, we never forget that if you don’t charter we have no business, so we have always chosen vessels not just for the character but of high standards and quality. The great thing is customers keep coming back because they like what we do and how we do it.
This has all allowed us to fulfil our original dream of providing work and millions of pounds for our wonderful British and European maritime heritage.
Thames Sailing Barges are a part of London’s history and now plough the Thames as remarkable, charming and exciting floating venues. These impressive vessels can cope with parties great and small; dinner cruises for 15 guests are just as wondeful as lunch cruises for up to 500, we have the right ship for you whatever your requirements

Sailing Yachts - The ultimate in accessible team building and corporate experiences. Sailing a fleet of yachts over the course of a day on the south coast or in The Solent takes allows you and your guests to properly get away from the pressures of work. Groups of just a few up to more than 100 can have sailing days tailored for them. You will be trained in the basics of sailing all out on the water and get a chance to race, find your place in a proper sailing crew, and enjoy the wind in your hair - truly invigorating. Sailing is a totally absorbing and inclusive sport and a day out on a fleet of yachts (from sailing dinghys to round-the-world record-breaking power yachts) must be experienced at least once.
