William B
-
William B was built as the Sir Thomas More for Thames Guided Tours in 1982. Her sister ship, Sir Richard Grenville, was delivered a year later and the two vessels worked together until 1988 when the Sir Thomas More was sold to Thames Television for private trips based in Teddington. It was only in 1999 that she was bought by Thames Leisure and renamed William B. She remains in the fleet to this day offering the Thames charter market a sophisticated and luxurious cruise for corporate events or private parties and has a capacity of 160 passengers.

The fully upholstered teak paneled entrance hall leads on to an exquisitely fitted stateroom complete with high quality carpets, leather settees, soft furnishings and fabrics. The subdued lighting and wood paneling add to the luxurious feel of the surroundings. For all year round comfort the stateroom is equipped with central heating, air conditioning and massive double glazed windows. Seating arrangements can be accommodated in a number of configurations, depending on your function and a dance floor can also be provided. The upper level can be used as a large sun deck or laid out with a bar and tables for open-air functions such as barbeques. What could be better on a warm summer evening than sitting on upper deck listening to a jazz band while cruising down the river!
